Privacy
Premier Group processes personal data of visitors to this website: enquiries, CVs and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising data.
Version of 2 November 2026
Who is responsible
This policy describes how Premier Group processes personal data of visitors to this website.
The law that applies: Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 «On Personal Data and Their Protection».
Leaving details on the site, or switching on optional cookies, confirms that you have read this policy. Consent to an enquiry and consent to cookies are separate choices. One does not stand in for the other.
What we receive
You provide data yourself when you write to a boutique or submit a form.
- name
- phone number
- email address
- a preferred visit date and the text of your message
- a CV file, if you apply for a role
Favourites, the city you chose, the language and your cookie decision stay in this browser only. They are not sent to a Premier Group server.
If you agree to analytics or marketing, the site may pass technical identifiers to Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrika and Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the source of the visit, and cookie identifiers. Until you agree, those services are not allowed to store analytics or advertising cookies. Google consent mode stays denied.
If you open WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own rules apply from there. The message goes to the boutique whose link you chose.
Why we use it
Personal data is used only for the purposes below.
- to answer an enquiry and prepare a boutique visit
- to consider an application, if you sent a CV
- to remember favourites and the city in your browser
- to understand how the site is used, only with consent to analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika, including session recording if Metrika has it switched on)
- to measure advertising, only with consent to marketing (Meta Pixel)
- to protect the site and to meet a duty the law places on us directly
The legal basis
We take an enquiry or a CV with your consent, and in order to take a step towards a contract: arranging a visit, or considering you for a role. To check what you told us, a boutique may ask you to confirm your identity, in person or through a channel you choose.
Analytics and advertising cookies are switched on only after a separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time, and new collection then stops.
We may disclose data to a public authority only when the law of the country where the site operates, a court order, or another lawful process expressly requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives it
The boutique you write to receives the enquiry. The person running recruitment receives a CV.
With your consent, technical identifiers go to Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), Yandex (Metrika) and Meta (Pixel). Those companies may process them outside the country of the site, on their own infrastructure. The site is hosted with Cloudflare.
Otherwise we do not pass personal data to third parties. The exception is a requirement of law, a court, or a lawful process, as described above.
How long we keep it
We keep data no longer than the purposes above require.
- an enquiry about a visit or a piece — 12 months after the last message about that enquiry, unless accounting after a purchase requires longer
- a CV — for the hiring process and a further 6 months if you agreed we may contact you about other roles; otherwise we delete it when hiring for that role closes
- the cookie decision — in your browser until you change it or clear the site’s data; we do not keep a separate copy on a server
- analytics and advertising identifiers — no longer than the period the service itself sets; new collection stops as soon as you withdraw consent
- favourites — until you remove them or clear the browser’s storage
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for correction, blocking or deletion, and you may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it.
You may stop information messages at any time: write to the address at the end of this page, or use the link in a message when there is one.
You may complain to us and to the authority responsible for personal-data protection in the country whose law is named at the start of this policy.
The site has no account. Favourites are not tied to your name and are not synced across devices.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary records in the browser — consent, city, language and favourites — do not need a separate permission. Without them the site cannot remember your choice, and it does not show that choice to analytics services.
Analytics means Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrika. If Metrika’s session recording is switched on, it sits in the same category and does not start without consent. Marketing means the Meta Pixel. Both categories stay off until you press Accept or switch them on in settings.
You can change the decision on any page. The Cookie settings button is at the bottom of the site. A refusal leaves consent mode denied.
Other websites
The site links to maison websites, maps and messengers. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies. This policy covers only the data you leave here.
How we protect it
Access to enquiries and CVs is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Pages are served over a protected connection. No one can guarantee that transmission over the internet is absolutely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update the policy by publishing a new version on this page. It applies from the moment it is published. The date above shows which version is open. You can follow changes on this page; there is no separate notice.
